Customers must contact our customer service to obtain RMA number. THE RMA NUMBER THAT YOU RECEIVE MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages without RMA number outside are at risk to be rejected.

Please return the items in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the returned items.
