If our product did not fit in your space or did not fits on your budget, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we encourage you to talk to us to make bnecessary arrangement to make up to you. Please feel free to email us at support@furinno.com within 30 days of your purchase. Customers must contact our customer service to obtain RMA number. THE RMA NUMBER THAT YOU RECEIVE MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages without RMA number outside are at risk to be rejected.

Please return the items in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the returned items.

Our customer service will determine if you are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive. To return the item for credit, it must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for items that show signs of use.

You can expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In most cases you'll receive a refund sooner.
